If you decide to continue to use our services after your one-month free trial we’ll ask you to choose how often you want to be invoiced.
For manual payments the options are every 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.
(Longer periods mean less administrative effort for both of us, and you can always cancel at any time and for any reason and we’ll refund any unused prepaid full months.)
We can invoice you monthly if you set up an automatic payment: Direct Debit, Standing Order or recurring Credit Card/PayPal payment.
Sometimes monthly payments are best if your bill is in the £100s or your usage varies wildly.
If your invoice address is in the UK we have to charge VAT – we don’t if you are in another country.
Our preferred payment method is by Bank Transfer (BACS) but we also accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal and even Cheques.
